Mort Fertel's Marriage Fitness Program. Is it a Scam? Complaints?

When I was looking for a solution to my marriage crisis, I wanted to know "Is Mort Fertel's Marriage Fitness program legit? Is it a scam? Are there complaints?"

Anyone with marriage problems knows who Mort Fertel is. You're probably on his email list and have spent time on his web site. I know that was true for me. He seems to be the "go to" person for help when a marriage is in big trouble.

Well, I've been through his Marriage Fitness program now and can tell you that it's certainly no scam. And I have no complaints. This guy is the real deal. He's passionate about helping people put their marriage back together. His marriage was once in crisis, so he really cares. And it shows. You can feel it when you talk to him (I had a chance to do so in a private "laser" session) and when he gives the teleconferences.

I sent Mort a testimonial for his web site. I figured it was the least i could do. Without him I would be divorced. His program really gave me the tools I needed to repair my marriage. Have you read all the success stories on his web site? They're really inspiring, unbelievable stories.

I did a lot of research online before buying. I guess when you're researching anything online you can always find positive and negative. Not everyone succeeded with the program. I guess that's to be expected.

I also saw some complaints about people not being able to get a refund when they returned the product. But it's funny; if you read their stories, they admit they didn't quality for the refund and just expected Mort's office to give it to them anyway. They got angry and posted negative comments online about Mort. When you read these comments it's easy to see why their spouse left them. So much anger; it's sad. And it's pathetic that they're taking their anger out on Mort. I recommended the program to a friend who purchased it, but then decided not to use it. He returned it, and got a refund as promised. I had a lot of interaction with Mort's administrative staff (Adina, Rebecca, and Ahuva). They're all very nice, totally accommodating, and very professional. I can't imagine them not giving a refund to anyone who qualifies for it. I made appointments for additional sessions, had to change my credit card information, requested replacements for damaged materials; I had many occasions to interact with the office and it's obvious that they're well trained and that they're are clear procedures for every scenario

Anybody claiming that Mort's program is a scam must need to complain about something and Mort just got in the way.

I owe a lot of thanks to Mort and his staff and am so thankful that his program exists. If this is what people call a scam and have complaints; I wish more companies would be accused of the same.
